Microsoft promises to fix problems with Controller Xbox Series X

Microsoft reports being aware of the xbox wireless controller connectivity issues that some users experience and say they are working to fix them. A future update needs to improve.

Microsoft is working on a solution to the controller issues that will be made available in an update, reports the company to The Verge. The company refers to the steps users must take to update their wireless controller’s firmware.

The answer follows problems users report with the Xbox Series X wireless controller, which would lose connection at random. The first reports about this appeared as early as mid-November last year on Microsoft.

The notifications appear to occur when using the controller in combination with not only the Xbox Series X but also the Xbox One and PC, and when playing various games, including Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. It is not known how widespread the problems are. On Microsoft’s forum, about 1,750 users indicate that they want to know how to fix the problems.
