Drawings of new generation iPad have been published online

A website has got its hands on drawings that may show the new generation of iPad. It shows, among other things, that the new iPad needs thinner screen edges, and that there is a single camera on the back.

The drawings have been put online by the website 91Mobiles, and on it you can see a number of features of what is supposed to be the new iPad. Moreover, 91Mobiles does not indicate where it obtained the drawings, except that they come from a ‘reliable source’.

The images revealed by 91Mobiles show, among other things, that the new iPad only gets Access to Face ID, not Touch ID. There are also two speakers built in, and a connection to a Magic Keyboard also seems to be possible. According to the drawings, the screen would have a diagonal of 10.84″, and furthermore, the case would resemble that of the iPad Pro, but with thinner screen edges.

Furthermore, it seems to be possible to make connections with other devices via the USB-C connection built into the enclosure. There were rumors recently that Apple would build a USB-C connection to the iPad Air 4.

Earlier this month, rumors surfaced about the release of a new iPad in September. Apple itself hasn’t released anything about the tablet’s new generation, but if the rumors are true, it should soon become clear whether the images are true.
